The objective of the audit was to evaluate: (1) the impact of the Bureau’s automation project on revenue collection; (2) the work load and staffing of the Revenue Officers and Revenue Agents; and (3) the Bureau’s efforts to identify delinquent taxpayers and nonfilers and to enforce the collection of amounts owed. …
