ACINO. 6705 BILL NO. 25-0231 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To provide an appropriation from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2004, to September 30, 2005 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, the following sum or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, created pursuant to Public Law 98-67, 19 U.S.C. chapter 15, for fiscal year October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005, for projects and purposes hereafter expressly named: FISCAL YR 2005 ORG 3100 FINANCE C/CNTR C639G9 CONTRIBUTION TO GEN FUND 34490 INTERFUND TRANSFERS (OUT) 6,600,000 95000 OTHER SERVICES & CHARGES TOTALORG 3100 6,600,000 TOTAL FUND 263100 6,600,000 GRAND TOTAL 6,600,000 (b) The sums appropriated under subsection (a) shall remain available until expended.
