ACTNO, 7431 BILL NO. 29-0412 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act appropriating the sum of $2,000,000 from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund, to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund for Housing, Parks and Recreation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $2,000,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund, as a contribution to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund, to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation for the pre-construction and/or construction phase of the Paul E. Joseph Stadium, on the Island of St. Croix. (b) The sum appropriated in subsection (a) shall remain available until expended. SECTION 2. Act No. 7101, Section 14 is amended by striking the phrase “necessary repairs to” and inserting “pre-construction and/or construction phase of” in its stead.
