Act No. 6283 (BILL NO. 23-0057) (Approved July 13, 1999) To amend Official Zoning District Map No. SCZ-11 for Plot 5C Estate Mount Pleasant, Prince Quarter, St. Croix from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, Chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning District Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot 5C Estate Mount Pleasant, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.22 U. S. acres, as more accurately described on P.W.D Drawing No. 1824, dated July 14, 1990, from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
