ACTNO. 8569 BILL NO. 34-0216 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 to allow for the rezoning of Parcels No. S- Eand 5-F VICORP Land, Estate Castle Burke, Prince Quarter, St. Croix from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to A-2 (Agricultural Zone) and from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood), respectively ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 5-E VICORP Land, Estate Castle Burke, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 15.66 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. A9-152-C021, from A-1 (Agricultural Zone ) to A-2 (Agricultural Zone) and by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 5-F VICORP Land, Estate Castle Burke, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 9.78 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. …
