APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL FISHING LICENSE I _________________________, am applying for a Virgin Islands Commercial Fishing License, and do hereby give permission for the Department of Planning and Natural Resources to process all required documentation and data necessary for this application. If granted a commercial fishing license, I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by the Government of the Virgin Islands for commercial fishing and the protection of marine resources of the U.S. Virgin Islands ________________________ Initial. I am aware that the fishing license does not permit the use of gill or trammel nets for harvesting reef-associated resources ________________________ Initial. I understand that I will be required to submit Commercial Catch Reports to DPNR and that I must also allow DPNR agents to sample my catch four times each year________________________ Initial.
