APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL FISHING LICENSE I _________________________, am applying for a Virgin Islands Commercial Fishing License, and do hereby give permission for the Department of Planning and Natural Resources to process all required documentation and data necessary for this application. If granted a commercial fishing license, I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by the Government of the Virgin Islands for commercial fishing and the protection of marine resources of the U.S. Virgin Islands ________________________ Initial.
