, ACENO, 7211 BILL NO. 28-0276 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act appropriating funds from the Government Insurance Fund for operating expenses of the Department of Finance and the Department of Labor for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much of them as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011, from the Government Insurance Fund to the Office of the Custodian; and the Department of Labor, Division of Worker’s Compensation and and notwithstanding the limitations for the use of the Fund prescribed in 24 V.L.C., §265, to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health and to the Department of Finance for their respective Operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees, as follows: FISCAL YEAR 2011 6000 GOVERNMENT INSURANCE FUND (a) 370 DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR $2,300,263 (6) 390 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE $716,909 $3,017,172 TOTAL GOVERNMENT INSURANCE FUND …
