GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION In Re Tibbar Energy, LLC’s Application For | PSC Docket No. 611 Certification as a Qualifying Facility Pursuant to | Order No. 23/2013 Chapter 2 of Title 30 of the Virgin Islands Code ORDER WHEREAS, this matter is before the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (“Commission” or “PSC”) on Tibbar Energy LLC’s application for certification as a Qualifying Facility pursuant to Chapter 2 of Title 30 of the Virgin Islands Code; and WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the application and it has been deemed complete and in compliance with the Virgin Islands Code and the implementing regulations of the Commission; and WHEREAS, the Commission considered this matter at a noticed meeting, with at least ten days advance public notice of the agenda; and WHEREAS, the Commission has not received any comments on this matter from the public or affected entities; NOW THEREFORE, the Commission finds and orders: That based on the testimony, correspondence, reports and applications before this Comnnission, the applicati …
