Potter Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, section 715 is amended as follows: 2 (a) In subsection (a) by striking the fourth and fifth sentences and inserting the 3 following: “Two active members of the Government Employees Retirement System must be 4 elected through a process to be determined by the System. One member must be a resident of 5 the district of St. Croix and the other member must be a resident of the district of St. Thomas- 6 St. John.” 7 (b) in subsection (a), paragraph (2) by striking “two members from the Central Labor 8 Council and the”. …
