The politng wiil commence at 1 o’clock p. m. in accordance with article 30 of the Colonial law will close at 4 o’clock p. m. at the earliest. At the election noone can be con- sidered unless he has announced himself as a candidate or has been so announc- ed by one of the elecrors of the elector- al district. The announcement of can- didature shall either be made in writing or by personal attendance of the an- nouncer at the Electoral BRoard. Phe written announcement signed Dy the ann~uncer (announcers) must be sent to the vndersigned Chairman at my of- ficial office not later than 4.o’clock p. m. on July 26, and for receiving announce- men* made personally, the Electoral Board will meet at the place where the election is to be held at 3 o’clock p. m. on Wednesday July 27.
