ACTNO. 8449 BILL NO. 34-0020 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act appropriating $675,500 from the Community Facility Trust Fund to the Department of Sports, Parks, and Recreation to be used by Caribbean Drag Racing Association for restoration of facilities at the St. Croix Motor Sports Complex, making an appropriation and for other related purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to section 7. I of the Agreement between Diageo USVL Inc. and the Government of the United States Virgin Islands dated June 17, 2008, ratified by the Legislature in Act 7012, there is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, the sum of $675,500 from the Community Facility Trust Account to the Department of Sports, Parks and Rcreation to be used by Caribbean Drag Racing Association for restoration of facilities at the St. Croix Motor Sports Complex, located at Plot 12-A-A VICORP Land and #3 Estate Bethlehem Middleworks, St Croix.
