ACTNO.8 832 BILL NO. 35-0234 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act granting a zoning variance from the I-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation to Revised Parcel No. 17-3 Remainder Estate Nisky, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, to allow for a business hotel ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning variance from the I-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation is granted to Revised Parcel No. 17- 3 Remainder Estate Nisky, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.701 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing D9-9723-T02, to allow for a business hotel. All other requirements of the I-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation continue to apply to the property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 25, 2024.
