Lewis Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 32 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 13 is amended as follows: 2 (a) In section 243, strike “an” before “instrumentality” and insert “a body corporate 3 and politic constituting a public corporation and autonomous”. 4 (b) In section 246, insert the following subsection (l): 5 “(l) To sue and be sued, and to complain and defend, in the name of the Virgin 6 Islands Lottery.” 7 (c) In section 247, subsection (h), first sentence, strike “and the applicable laws relating 8 to public contracts,”. …

Lewis Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1.
