This responsibility also encompasses the reviewing of appraisals on Federal-aid projects in accordance with the Appraisal Guide and Federal Regulations 49 CFR Sec. 24.104. The reviewer will determine the approved estimate of just compensation which is reasonably supported by an accepted appraisal. This determination will be set forth in a signed written statement which identifies the appraisal report reviewed and will contain whatever explanation that is necessary to support the recommended value. …

Pursuant to the renewal option provision of Contract No. PCOL9DPWT 18, and subject to the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Department of Public Works, exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, at the stipulated cost therein. All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect.
