ACT NO, 7420 BILL NO. 29-0401 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act making appropriations for operating expenses and other related costs of the St. Thomas/St. John Board of Elections, the St. Croix Board of Elections, and the Office of the Supervisor of Elections for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $75,252 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the General Fund to the St. Thomas/St. John Board of Elections for operating expenses and any other related costs. SECTION 2. The sum of $81,914 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the General Fund to the St. Croix Board of Elections for operating expenses and any other related costs. SECTION 3. The sum of $1,269,020 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the General Fund to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections for operating expenses and any other related costs. …
