ACT NO.6§552 BILL NO 24- 0280 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To provide for an appropriations from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation during the Fiscal Year October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2003 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $750,000 is hereby appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003 out of any funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation, in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003, as a grant to be expended as follows: FISCAL YR 2003 FUND 393000 TOURISM ADV. REV FUND ORG 6500 HOUSING, PARKS, RECREATION C/CNTR E39307 ST.
