ACT NO.65 22 BILL NO 24-0246 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7, for Plot Nos. 3-A, 3-C, and 3-F, Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from R-2 to B-3 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot Nos. 3-A, 3-C, and 3-F, Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 24, 2002.
