ACTIN. 8324 BILL NO. 33-0333 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act granting a conditional zoning use variance to Parcel No. 6D Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John Virgin Islands from the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) Zoning district to allow fora restaurant, bar, and retail businesses 4 : ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance is granted from the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning district to Parcel No. 6D Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.64 U.S. acres, as more fully described on Drawing No. D9-4943-T90, to allow for a restaurant, bar and retail businesses under the condition that a buffer of opaque fencing, wall, or green hedges approximately 6'-8' high must be installed along the property boundaries shared with residentially- used properties to screen the business activities. …
