THE official notice of the opening of the October Term of the Dictriet Court of the Virgin Islands of the Uni- ted States, for the Municipality of St. Croix, at Frederiksted on the 18th, and at Christiansted on the 20th insts., res- pectively, is herepy cancelled and with- drawn, owing to the severe illness of His Honor, Lucius J.
