GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commission IN RE: Docket No. 621 TIBBAR ENERGY USVI LLC’S PETITION Order No. 20/2014 FOR APPROVAL AND INTERCONNECTION OF RENEWABLE ENERFY PROJECT WITH THE VIRGIN ISLANDS WATER AND POWER AUTHORITY Ne Nee ee eee ee AMENDED DOCKET SPECIFIC ASSESSMENT ORDER By action taken in the noticed meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on Monday June 23, 2014, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 48(b), of the Virgin Islands Code, the following assessment is made to Tibbar Energy USVI LLC: Docket Description Amount No. 621 Tibbar Energy USVI LLC’s Petition for Approval $ 10,000.00 and Interconnection Agreement for Renewable Energy Project Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
