ACTNO. 6668 BILL NO. 25-0192 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-4 for Estate Punch, Martricular Nos. 2 and 3, Estate William, from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1 (Residential Low Density), and the Remainder of Martricular No. 1, Estate William, and Plot No. 14, Estate William, Northside “A” Quarter, St. Croix, from A-1 (Agriculture) to W-1 (Waterfront Pleasure) ---0--- BE 1T ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-4, Department of Public Works Drawing No. 5530, dated March 12, 2004, for the island of St. Croix is amended in the following instances; (a) Estate Punch, consisting of approximately 152.42 US acres from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1 (Residential Low Density); (b) Martricular No. 2, Estate William, consisting of approximately 144.25 US acres from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1 (Residential Low Density); (c) Martricular No. …
