Christian-Christensen Public Health park and utilities. The R-3 zoned Plot No. Remainder 11 Estate Penitentiary Land can be issued a partial certificate of occupancy for the park and utilities. …

As per Title 29, Chapter 3, Subchapter 1, Section 228, the R-3 zone permits Playgrounds, Pay Lots or Tot Lots. Please refer to Zoning Certification dated April 24, 2024 in regards to the Laboratory and EMS uses (attached).
