I”’ in Christiansted and Frederiksted arve authorized by Govern- ment to receive and give receipt for the taxes every week-day at the Bank from 9-11 o’clock a. m. and from 1-3 o’clock p. m. Owin;: (0 certain change- required 1m the ice Faclory,. one of the plants must be taken to pieces, and during the course ol the woerk whiech may occupy one month, it wiil be impossible to fur- nish more than half’ the present output of ice from Monday the 13th. instant. Patrons will be able to secure the half of their customary supply at the necessarily advanced rate of 2 cents a pound. …
