THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act amending title 14, chapter 24, section 503 of the Virgin Islands Code by adding definitions of sexual conduct and sexual contact and by amending title 14, chapter 85, section 1699 by adding a definition of sexual conduct and amending the definition of sexual contact ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 14, chapter 24, section 503 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding subsections (i) and (j) to read: “(i) ‘sexual conduct’ means actual or simulated: (1) sexual intercourse, including genital—genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral- anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; (2) penetration of the vagina or rectum however slight by hand, finger or by any object except when done as part of a recognized medical procedure; and (3) sexual bestiality. …
