ACT NO. 7113 BILL NO. 28-0119 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act providing for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for fiscal year October 1, 2009, to September 30, 2010 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding 33 V.I.C., §3066(b) there is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010 from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3066, the sum of $793,880 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010.
