Please confirm that the erosion control measures (Silt fence and construction entrance) will be included in No.208-03 Remove Existing Dirt of the Big Schedule. Please see the updated Bid Schedule Item No. 157-03. 4. Please indicate the location of the driveway on the drawing. The Driveway entrance is located at the North-West corner of the site between the two columns. The entrance is approximately 16 feet. 5. Please specify the Contractor Testing Required. Please conduct Slump Test, Cylinder breaks at 7, 14 & 28 days to verify concrete strength. …

Only (11) Interior Doors will be replaced. Door Specs. 36”x80” Metal Door with Vision Lite Glass. The contractor must provide submittal for approval. 8. Please confirm that the concrete slab (10’x10’x4”) is to be demolished. The concrete slab is to be demolished and replaced with the concrete that will cover the proposed area for the parking lot. 9. Please confirm the number of doors and frames to be removed and replaced is 11 (not 14 as in the Bid Schedule). The total number of doors are (11). Interior Doors only.
