ACT NO, 782° BILL NO. 31-0144 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act allowing the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority to close a portion of Route 752 between Par 6 former Richmond Penitentiary land, Christiansted, St. Croix and Rem Par 11B&C Penitentiary !and ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority, with the consent of the Commissioners of the Department of Public Works, the Virgin Islands Police Department and the Department of Property & Procurement, may close a portion of Route 752 between Par 6 and 11B and C and the area on the northern side of the property between Par 6A and Par 21 by the fuel dock adjacent to the former Richmond Penitentiary in Christiansted, St. Croix. (b) This Act takes effect 90 days after enactment. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 17, 2015.
