ACT NO, 7944 BILL NO. 31-0458 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending official zoning map No. SCZ-18 rezoning Plots No. 39 & 40-B Strand Street, Frederiksted Town, St. Croix, from W-1! (Waterfront-Pleasure) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) an-Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots No. 39 & 40-B Strand Street, Frederiksted Town, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately .3646 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD drawing No. 5519 from W-1! (Waterfront-Pleasure) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2016.
