A-1-28, A-1-29 and A-1-30 Estate Thomas, No. 6K New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.LC., chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning District Map STZ- 7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. A-1-28, Parcel No. A-1-29, and Parcel No. A-1-30, Estate Thomas, No. 6K New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 2.28 U.S. acres, as shown on PWD Map. No. D9-4348-T88, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 20, 2012.
