Sia THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN rhe Regular Session 2020 An Act appropriating all revenue derived from fees for initial and renewal firearms and ammunition licenses, upon enactment of this act to October 1, 2030 to the St. Croix Career and Technical Education Centers; amending 23 V.1.C. § 483 relating to the disposition of fees collected in the regulation of firearms, to change the fund into which the fees are deposited from the General Fund to the Virgin tslands Education Initiative Fund; and providing for other related purposes Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. All revenue derived from fees imposed by title 23, chapter 5, section 455(b) of the Virgin fslands Code, upon enactment of this act to October 1, 2030, must be deposited quarterly into the Virgin Islands Education Initiative Fund, established in title 33, chapter I11, section 3093(a) of the Virgin Islands Code. …
