It appearing to the Court that it may be beneficial for the parties to participate in mediation before a judicial officer, the Court will refer this matter for court-ordered mediation. Accordingly, the Court being fully advised on the premises herein, it is hereby ORDERED that this matter is referred to mediation under the following conditions: 1.
