ACTNO, 7321 BILL NO. 29-0030 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act to reserve at least fifteen percent of the lots on Water Island that were transferred to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority from the Government of the Virgin Islands pursuant to Act No. 6751 for sale to veterans of the United States Armed Services ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. No less than fifteen percent of the government-owned real property on Water Island which the Governor was required to transfer to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority under Act No. 6751 must be reserved exclusively for sale to veterans of the United States Armed Services for a period of two years from the Authority’s initial offering of lots for sale.
