ACT NO.65 21 BILL NO 24-0245 TWENTY FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7, for Plot No.8, Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from R-2 to C ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 8, Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family) to C (Commercial). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 24, 2002.
