Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to allow for construction and operation of a beauty salon ---0--- Be it enacted kv the Legtslatnre of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, section 238a of the Virgin Islands Code, a zoning use variance is granted for Parcel No. 84 Estate Diamond, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.2328 acres, as more fully described on Drawing No. 4874, dated October 28, 1993, from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning requirements to allow use for construction and operation of a beauty salon. All other requirements of the Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family designation continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 13, 2019. …
