Notwithstanding Act No. 8126. title 22, chapter 10, section 237, subsection (a). paragraph (3), subparagraph iA of the Virgin Islands Code s amended by striking both occurrences of “$50,000,000’ and inserting in their place “S20,000,000”. SECTION 2. Title 33, chapter lii, section 3061 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended in Subsections (d) and (e) by striking ‘$50,000,000” wherever it appears and replacing it with “$20,000,000”. 2020 SECTION 3. The provision set forth in Section 2 above shall expire on September 30. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 26, 2019. …
