ACTNO. 8485 BILL NO. 34-0120 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act providing for the lump sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund to the Department of Health for fiscal year October !, 2021, through September 30, 2022 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amount, or so much of it as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year October I, 2021, to September 30, 2022. The sums remain available until expended. FY 2022 6079 HEALTH REVOLVING FUND NON-LAPSING 700 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH $2,964,136 TOTAL HEALTH REVOLVING FUND NON-LAPSING $2,964,136 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 17, 2021.
