BILL NO. 28-0204 GOVERNOR TWENTY-EIGHT LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act amending title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 19 relating to the Enterprise Zone Beneficiaries ---)-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 19 is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 1003 (10) is amended by striking “Historic Preservation Commission which shall simultaneously serve as the staff of the” and inserting “to assist” after the second occurrence of “Commission”; (b) Section 1005 is amended by striking “$50.00” in both places where it appears and inserting in its stead “$75”; (c) Section 1011 (1) (a) is amended after “license” by inserting “or be an owner- occupied residence”; (d) Section 1011 (1) (b) is amended in the first sentence after “business” by inserting “or project in the case of an owner-occupied residence”; and (e) Section 1014 is amended in the following instances: (1) Subsection (2) is amended by striking all of the language after the second occurrence of “expenditure”. …
