ACT NO.660 2 BILL NO. 25-0075 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Parcel No. 32B Estate Frydendahl, No. 4 East End Quarter, St. Thomas from B-4 (Business — Residential Areas) to B-3 (Business- Scattered) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 32B Estate Frydendahl, No. 4 East End Quarter, consisting of approximately 0.242 U.S. acre, and more particularly described on OLG No. D9-7052-T002, from B-4 (Business — Residential Areas) to B-3 (Business- Scattered).
