Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 118, section 3411, 2 subsection (c) is amended by striking “$25,000” and inserting “$150,000”. 3 BILL SUMMARY 4 This bill amends title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 118, section 3411, 5 subsection (c) to increase the amount of money that a claimant can recover from the 6 Government of the Virgin Islands. 7 BR25-0457/February 26, 2025/AA 8
