COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/FLOOR BILL NO. 36-0307 Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands June 11, 2026 An act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1, St. John, Virgin Islands by rezoning Parcel No.17-D-5 Estate Adrian, No. 18, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of 0.83 acres as described on PWD No. D9-9095-T016 from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to B-3 (Business- Scattered) PROPOSED BY: Senator Milton E. Potter, by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 2 Zoning Map No. STJ-1 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning 3 designation of Parcel No.17-D-5 Estate Adrian, No. 18, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting 4 of 0.83 acres as described on PWD No. D9-9095-T016 from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to 5 B-3 (Business-Scattered). 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 This bill rezones Parcel No.17-D-5 Estate Adrian, No. 18, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John. 8 BR26-1146/June 5, 2026/LMW 9 G36-070 10
