LONG-TERM LEASE, VIRGIN ISLANDS NATIONAL 1 PARK, SAINT JOHN, VIRGIN ISLANDS. 2 (a) LEASE AUTHORIZED.—The Secretary of the Inte- 3 rior may lease to the Government of the United States 4 Virgin Islands a parcel of real property, including any im- 5 provements thereon, located within the boundaries of Vir- 6 gin Islands National Park on the island of Saint John, 7 Virgin Islands, as depicted on the map entitled 8 ‘‘llllll’’, numbered lllllll, and 9 dated llll 2007, for the purpose of providing a suit- 10 able location for the establishment of a school by the Gov- 11 ernment of the United States Virgin Islands on the island. 12 (b) TERM OF LEASE.—The lease authorized by sub- 13 section (a) may not exceed a term of 99 years. 14 (c) AVAILABILITY OF MAP.—The map referred to in 15 subsection (a) shall be on file and available for public in- 16 spection in the appropriate offices of the National Park 17 Service. 18 (d) ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.—The 19 Secretary may require such additional terms and condi- 20 tions in connection with the lease under this section as 21 the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the inter- 22 ests of the United States. 23 Æ VerDate Aug 31 2005 18:48 Jan 07, 2007 Jkt 059196 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\H53.IH H53 rwilkins on PROD1PC63 with BILLS
