ACT NO. ¢ 785 BILL NO. 26-0121 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session e 2005 To amend Act No. 6134 as it relates to the Castle Burke community --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 5757, as amended by Act No. 6134, is amended by re- designating the remaining sections accordingly adding a new section 3 to read: “SECTION 3. The cost of water and other utilities shall be paid by and become the responsibility of each homeowner beginning October 1, 2005.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 23, 2005. | Witness our Hands and the Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this ¢ SA Day of September, A.D., 2005. - Maer ey’ é Lorraine L.
