ANN 6733 BILL NO. 26-0014 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2005 To amend title 29 Virgin Islands Code. chapter 16, to establish the upper income limit for participation in the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority Home and Land Ownership Program ---0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 29 is amended by adding a section to read: “§ 946 Income Level The upper income limit for low and moderate income persons participating in the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authoritv’s Home and Land Ownership Program is 3'4 times the median income in the Virgin Islands as determined by the U. S.
