BILL NO. 30-0289 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 28 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-1 (Residential Low Density) to B-4 (Business-Residential Areas), with a use variance for crops, fruits and vegetables and water distribution ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 28 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of 2.876 U.S. acres, as described on OLG Map No. A9-591-T002, from R-1 (Residential Low Density) to B-4 (Business-Residential Areas). SECTION 2. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238a, a use variance is granted from the B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) zoning designation to Parcel No. 28 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. …
