ACT NO. 7 BILL NO. 31-0128 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX 31-14L&W issued to the Virgin Islands Port Authority for development at and seaward of Plot No. 10 Water Gut Reclaimed Land, Christiansted, St. Croix WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX- 31-14L&W on April 7, 2015, to the Virgin Islands Port Authority; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-31-14L&W authorizes the Port Authority to repair an existing concrete apron, construct a new, sheet pile wall, remove 20 cubic yards of contaminated soil and to use and occupy approximately 1.79 acres or 77,972.4 sq. ft. of filled, submerged land at and seaward Plot No. 10 Water Gut Reclaimed Land in Christiansted, St. Croix; and WHEREAS, the Honorable Kenneth E.
