Learn why this is important Good Day Ms. LaPlace— I am writing to express my concern with the developer that wants to rezone the 17 acres in Beeston Hill to B-2. While I applaud the effort to build townhomes on approximately 4 acres which we sorely need, he/they do not need B-2 zoning for that type of development. Further, we do not need anything like a shopping center or gas station, etc. in this residential area on the balance of the acreage. I suggest that DPNR votes NO on this proposal in its second attempt to do a spot zoning change in an originally designed R-1 area. Thank you for your time and diligence against this effort!
