ACTNO. 6806 BILL NO. 26-0170 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for Parcels No. 17C, 17D and 17E, Estate Smith Bay Nos. 1, 2 & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas from A-1 (Agriculture) to C (Commercial) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels No. 17C, 17D and 17E Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 1.79 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on O.L.G. Drawing No. D9-2508-T005, from A-1 (Agriculture) to C (Commercial). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 10, 2005.
