ACT NO, 7288 BILL NO. 29-0177 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act providing for the lump sum appropriation from the Indirect Cost Fund for salaries, operating expenses and for other purposes, of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2011 and ending September 30, 2012 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use limitations on funds prescribed in 33 V.LC., §3025, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Indirect Cost Fund for operating expenses, including wages and salaries, and other purposes of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2011 and ending September 30, 2012. …
