ACT NO. 7389 BILL NO. 29-0300 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act requiring all government departments, agencies and semi-autonomous government entities to conduct a review of all government voice, data and internet connectivity contracts and accounts ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. All government departments, agencies and semiautonomous government entities shall conduct a review of all government voice, data and internet connectivity contracts and accounts to identify duplicated or unnecessary services. The information collected shall include, but is not limited to, telephone numbers, charges, and an explanation of services. The review must be completed on or before December 31, 2012 and a report of the findings and savings must be submitted to the Legislature of the Virgin Islands no later than March 20, 2013.
