ACTNO. 783% BILL NO. 31-0318 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act to rezone Parcels No. 70-AA, 70-AB and 70-AC Estate Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from P (Public) to C (Commercial) and granting the parcels a use variance to allow for flammable liquid storage Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 70-AA, Parcel No. 70-AB and Parcel No. 70-AC Estate Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.748 U.S. acres, as more fully described on Drawing No. D9-8983-TO1L5, from P (Public) to C (Commercial). SECTION 2.
